Our Mission.
The purpose of the university-level social elective courses offered to YTÜ students within the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences is to introduce students to the academic disciplines of Sociology, Psychology, History, Anthropology, Philosophy, and various fields within their subdisciplines to the entire student body through original and contemporary approaches.
Our Vision
To cultivate individuals within the university education system who are competent, independent, possess broad life experiences, and are equipped with knowledge and cultural understanding of social institutions; to facilitate communication across diverse fields of knowledge; and to ensure continuous improvement in existing quality standards while prioritizing social benefit.
