The article by our faculty members Fatma Tunç Yaşar and Onur Güneş Ayas, titled "Early Acquaintances with Modern Mass Culture in Late Ottoman Istanbul: The Experiences of Child Audiences at Direklerarası," was selected as the best article among those published in *Sociology Lens* between 2023 and 2025 and was honored with the “Sociology Lens Historical Insight Award.”
